There's a movie that's kind of awful called Willy/Milly where a girl who's so not into "girl" things wakes up one day with a magic penis that her doctor says has always been there, but nobody noticed before and she should choose whether she wants to be a boy or girl.

She chooses boy, and about the only good thing about it -- which is also terrible -- is watching John Glover change the way he was raising her (now with more teaching to fight, spit and swear) but still getting really protective when she gets hit. I stopped watching halfway through, so I'm not sure how it ends. It also has baby Seth Green. This was 1986...I didn't realize there were so many crossdressing movies in the 80s and 90s.

(And I like Sorority Boys, too.)
