This actually sounds personal. Do you know and/or talk to the artist on a regular basis? I'm guessing that's why you keep praising them?

It also seems to me like you've just been bitten by the jealous bug. Maybe your art doesn't get the attention that her art does? Anyways, trust this anon when he says that you should just let it go. There's nothing for you to gain by being bitter and ugly, posting things about her behind her back. Don't praise her, don't follow her, and most of all, don't tell other people that you hate her art. It's bad edicate.
Oh, and if you're not saying the artist's name in the secret, but then hinting at who it is in the comments below, it's not actually a secret. Your comments are not constructive, they're hurtful. It's practically bullying the way that you and others are describing her work. If she ever found this post and saw the things being said about the art she apparently works too hard on, I'm sure it would hurt her terribly.

TL;DR If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all.
