Wait, are you saying there isn't Japanese media that you like or that your second language, which is not Japanese, has no good media?

I think what the OP is saying that the media they enjoy is either english or english translations [from Japanese specifically], and that they don't enjoy [or haven't run across any media they enjoy] in their second language - and that makes them worry they're a snob for preferring english language stuff.

I'm not the OP so I could very well be wrong, but that's what I got from the secret.
