One of my friends has been anemic almost all her life. I picked up a few "beating iron deficiency" tips from hanging out with her.

I dug out the hot water bottle a few weeks ago when the cold snap first set in and I was in bed nursing a cold. At this rate we're going to have snow and ice on Halloween. Yeesh!

I'm more or less the same over the years, but lately I thought I was totally in control of it... until last week. =_=; Ah well, I'll just have to be vigilant and remember what my doctor has told me over the years.
