God, those fics. There's things you'd die rather than do. Okay, he killed Dumbledore, but that was different from raping someone.

And Dumbledore's death was prearranged, it was entirely consensual (what a weird word to use in this context). If anything, Snape was the one who really didn't want to go through with it.

I think Snape raping someone is justified if not raping the person gets him kicked out from the Death Eater circle or gets him killed.

What makes Snape raping someone because he was ordered to different from Snape killing Dumbledore because he was ordered to? I don't see any alternatives for him for either act way unless he wanted the war to end in Voldemort's favor.
