Read it! You will not regret it, it is HILARIOUS. But possibly the only thing more hilarious than the story is the TvTropes article listing all the tropes in it. It's gigantic and even more entertaining and insane than the actual fic: tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/FanFic/MyImmortal
