My aunt is bipolar and my mom is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia... Oh my mom was gone for four months in Gambia in 2008 without me hearing anything for her, and sinse she put me and my then five year old sister on a plane back home saying she would be back in like two weeks, and I knew she had met a man and started taking drugs again, it was a tense situation, so I totally symphatize with you with missing parents! At least she is doing better now! Hopefully she will stay that way for a while!

Hopefully they will figure out what's wrong! Good luck with the doctors, and that your fears will get manageable!
I don't know about your medical situation (in my country health care is free), or economic situation for that matter, but if you feel like going to the ER, do it! Just get it over with and if you ever need anyone to talk to, about this or other stuff, feel free to contact me!
