Oh! Tetris Effect! Don't worry, anon, that happens to a lot of people. I've luckily never gotten anything quite as...creepy? as that, but I often will get Sims-like "queues" in my head to remember things I need to do (and get quite disoriented when I have to go out of my queues because then my whole "queue" gets canceled!) and I also will sometimes see hit-circles like Elite Beat Agents or Osu! in my head when I'm listening to music...

Don't worry, I'm a biologist and do a lot of dissections, a lot of the times when I see people or animals, I see their skeletons and muscles at work

It's okay. I remember that one time I only slowly realised that the cab driver couldn't drift like a Mario Kart for speed boost. Or how after playing L4D, my tendency to make sure I had my back to a wall so I could see as many potential entrances as possible got worse. (and I saw the propane tanks for barbecues that were left on balconies as things that needed to be shot at)

It's just Tetris Effect. No worries.

Chill, it's just your brain being weird. I have the same thing after playing too much DDR - I see arrows flying up on the insides of my eyelids whenever I blink. Oh, and since we're talking about Borderlands, I can't get the gun reload animations out of my head either. It's okay.

There was a period in my life where I was obsessed with Katamari Damacy. When not playing it, I couldn't help but imagine everything being rolled up. Driving was particularly interesting during this period, as everything that I passed would get picked up by my imaginary sticky ball. It would be monstrous by the time I reached my destination.
