Not all countries elect their politicians according to how white their teeth are.

Err, yes. The United States does. And they're US politicians. Therefore, they are public figures and that's part of their job. Nothing was said about other nations or their politicians.

"Looking hot" is NOT part of a politician's JOB. It may be helpful for getting elected, because we're generally a vain bunch of people here, but their JOB is to make decisions/pass legislation for the betterment of the country.
