Just rewatched that bizarre episode with the mushrooms and the zombies. What the hell?

I do! I love how bizarre it can get, and then when you expect a funny baseball-playing squirrel the awesome parts take you by surprise.

I love that show so hard. That episode is hilarious. I love how they've scarfed the mushrooms all down before Fuu can even finish explaining how valuable they are. LOL

Except I am not overly fond of the ending. I really despise them all going their separate ways. :(

My headcanon is that they find each other again after a few years, Mugen and Fuu get together and Jin stays with them as a sort of live-in brother-in-law.

I have never loved a recap episode as much as I loved SC's. Somehow they made it awesome.

And the audio was pretty damned good.

I rewatched the whole series a few months ago and I forgot how good the show was. I didn't like the ending when I first watched it, but this time I really liked the ending.
