I think they're talking about people who go to page 2 and post at the very bottom, instead of going INTO General Comments and posting within the General Comments thread. Underneath, instead of inside.

I've noticed people doing it, and it kind of bugs me but, as a person who goes to page 2 rather than clicking on the direct link to General Comments that case always leaves, I concede it would be a really easy mistake to make. People being human and all.

At least with GC on page 2, it's much easier to spot straggler threads now than it was before? [/bright side]
