Biden was acting rude WAAAY before the car crash story, so he doesn't even have that excuse. I honestly believe it was carelessness, but this is obviously a YMMV issue. And if Biden was shaken up by it, that does excuse his behavior, as this was something that continued on for at least the first half of the debate. And again, if you are in a position of power it is your job to act composed, even when you feel the exact opposite.

If you want him representing America, good for you. I sure as hell don't. I personally wouldn't describe his behavior as "cool," but rather "douchey." Again, YMMV.

Rather have Biden then a POS who feels a miscariage should be a homicide, a rape is only rape if the woman has physical force implied, and that as an adult I should bow to the whims and beliefs of a catholic thumping man. No thanks.

no one here's saying you have to want Ryan to represent America. I certainly don't. But I sure as hell wouldn't want Biden either. given his general unprofessionalism. And I find it ironic that you are anti-Catholic while supporting Biden so much.
