And even if you torrent it, it might 1-2 days before someone's kind enough to put up a version. It's not really fesible to stay off he Internet for two days to avoid being spoiled for a series you're watching on a weekly basis.

Seriously, spoiler tags are too much to ask now? Does typing an extra word make your fingers hurt?

Tumblr is the worst about spoilers. I've pretty much given up going there until I have a chance to watch new episodes. What really gets me is when people post spoilers that are released beforehand without tagging. Seriously, guys?

Same here. I mostly gave up twop forums because of the head-scratchy 'content from next week's preview isn't a spoiler!' policy. (...seriously? It isn't *how*?)

And ever since the new season of my new favorite show started, I've been avoiding tumblr...makes me a bit sad, because I know there's been cool new fic/art/discussion, but it wasn't worth the spoiler pics.

I just don't go on tumblr if I'm not up to date on shows. Sometimes I deliberately put off watching things so I won't be able to procrastinate on tumblr. Great for productivity!
