(Anonymous) 2012-10-15 11:02 pm (UTC)(link)I point blank refuse to own an entire downloaded album (unless that's the only way to own it due to availability reasons or such). If I want it that much I'll go and buy a CD.
And yes. Digital downloading is bad. If I buy a game or a song or such, I want to own it. My CD collection has cost me a combined total in excess of £3500 and I'm not willing to spend that amount of money on something with such a transitory existence as a long-term loan of a download.
