I'm from Canada, but I live in a multi-ethnic area where it's mostly Asians and whites. And I'm telling you, the white kids are always the ones to go out of control and doing stupid shit. You never see Asians doing the shit these white kids do.

everyone will have been raised in a different way regardless of culture or race. You can have obnoxious brats and polite respectful kids in any situation. it's pointless to generalize when it comes to parenting.

Also, you can have polite respectful kids who are despicable, horrible, vicious assholes in secret, and obnoxious brats who are pretty good kids overall. "Badness" is very relative and comes in a lot of forms.
