I just finished Dead Reckoning by Mercedes Lackey and Rosemary Edgehill, and came out shipping the he'll out of the girl-dressed-as-a-boy-to-find-her-brother and the crazy female inventor characters. So, any recs for stories where at least one woman is dressed as a man (either because she wants to or just for practical reasons) and ends up with another woman? Bonus point if they start to fall for each other before realizing "he" is a she.

As I was typing this, I realized Monstrous Regiment qualifies, depending on how you read polly/mal. But more recs welcome!

I lost this story along with a bunch of other bookmarks awhile ago and this request inspired me to go hunting for it, so happy I've got it again. Knight, short fantasy story about a knight (who goes by the male pronoun) and a princess.
