(Anonymous) 2012-10-18 01:51 am (UTC)(link)Have you specifically been to a sleep doctor at all? Are there any in your area that you could check out? Also, has anything about your sleep cycle changed recently? Have you been having trouble sleeping?

(Anonymous) 2012-10-18 02:28 am (UTC)(link)Nah, I've been sleeping longer and deeper than I have before. For the past few days I've been sleeping about 9 hours, plus a few naps, when I'm used to getting about 6 or 7. I'm coming off of a bad cold or maybe the flu, and all I have left are some bad muscle aches. Maybe my body is still recovering.
Sometimes this kind of thing happens, every few months. But it hasn't been this bad for almost a year.
