I don't think that Sterek not happening is queerbaiting, honestly. It could be, if they change the way they've been writing them, but so far they've been written as antagonistic sometimes allies. There really hasn't been the "lol no homo" card pulled that they love to use in shows like H50 and Sherlock and the like.

Ia. They haven't made it into a joke. And the pairing is pushed by the fandom not the show.

But can I call it bibaiting if Stiles doesn't turn out to be bisexual? Regardless of if he ends up with anyone or not. There's been more than a couple comments from him.

I'd love it if Stiles turns out to be bi. I think there's definitely a possibility that he is, given the comments he's made, but I wouldn't call it a foregone conclusion. The way the universe is structured, sexuality is just less of a big deal, so the characters don't seem to feel the need for macho posturing in that regard. Scott's interactions with Danny, and even the implications that Jackson had hit on Danny before (or at least something along those lines) kind of show that. Wanting to know if he's attractive to gay guys could mean that he's interested in guys and wants to know if he has a shot, or it could just be his insecurities and wanting to be found attractive in general. So, the comments that Stiles has made could definitely point toward him being bi, but they could also just be a reflection of the universe at large, so I don't really think I'd call them baiting if it doesn't happen, if that makes sense? That's just my take on it, though. I know there are a lot of people who already consider Stiles canonically bi, but I'm not completely sold on it, yet. Although I definitely wouldn't object if it did happen.
