(Anonymous) 2012-10-19 01:41 am (UTC)(link)Oh, no, I'm not saying that the film ever showed a pre-existing gap in the hedge; just that if you wanted to give a real world explanation for how a hedge could "open" to let a child through, but not let a man follow her, then a child-sized gap in the hedge would be the most sensible explanation.
