My sister and I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (bad enough that I can't write longhand without my hands essentially "melting" around my writing implements, in my case) and when we were younger, before we were diagnosed, we used to make jokes about being secretly Sluagh. It made us feel like we were cool, rather than just constantly spraining/dislocating our joints accidentally.

Now we know that we're just the most life-challenged of X-Men.

I hope your back feels better! *gentle hugs*
