that is something people tend to forget. it's not like Harry was 12 in the image. he was drawn such that he looked at least in his mid to late teens.

we still need to protect the children (who by that age are already having sex) from seeing images of other people their age having sex. can't be giving them ideas, you know.

Uh, no. Child porn is illegal because it harms and exploits. How does a drawing or story involving FICTIONAL children harm children? That makes no sense.
