7. While I don't like shota/loli/chan/whatever, but as other commenters have pointed out, people aren't necessarily what they write. I do think writers of that kind of thing ought not to post their stuff too publicly, though, since that's just flashing a neon sign saying DELETION FODDER if you ask me.

18. Don't necessarily agree, but I kinda preferred their old style from their X days.

21. People are still bitching about that one bit of symbolism being toned down? *sigh*

21 rehash??

I apologise for sounding like I'm snapping at the newer fans. It's just that the original bitchfest about that edit started almost a year ago, and I keep thinking of that whenever the subject comes up. It's the long-time fans who might keep bitching about the edit that my comment was directed at, so sorry if you got offended.

(Admittedly, I have a higher tolerance for manga editing than most fans. Actually, the fact that I have tolerance at all makes me feel like a bit of an outcast sometimes, especially when I'm reading threads on AnimeonDVD.com.)

D: I miss their old style, too. Big hulking shoulders on the men and everybody had pretty pretty watery eyes the size of dinnerplates. I LOVED IT SO.

I AGREE. SEISHRIOU WAS HOTTER WITH THE BIG SHOULDERS. AND THE CUTE IS TONED DOWN BY LACK OF BIG EYES.

The huge shoulders weren't my thing and still aren't, but I liked the big eyes with the thick pointy lashes; that influenced my own drawing for some time. Oh yeah, and the fact they actually used toner then. [/slight exaggeration]

As long as they've stopped putting the text in the wrong speech bubble and making English spelling errors, I'm happy.
