I feel like human/demon romances are every frickin' where, but I've been up to my neck in Devil May Cry media for years now (where the franchise hinges on the epic human/demon romance that produced the protagonist of it), so maybe my perspective is skewed.

There's the Hellboy movies, where the demon protagonist is in love with a human firestarter (based on the comics where as far as I know, they're just friends, but maybe Hellboy has another romance in there somewhere).

And Angel Sanctuary, where human, demons, and angels are all caught up in these bizarre romances.

I know there's more stuff I'm not remembering. Urban fantasy and paranormal romance genres sure as hell has demon/human pairings, but I can't offer specific recs because I urban fantasy blurs together in my brain like sludge, but they're all over Good Reads here, or here.

The Hellboy comic mainly has shipteases w/o any canon pair, iirc.

(Hellboy/Kate is pretty fabulous.)
