Hm... there's the X-Files/Millenium episodes that go into the implications of demon-human romance. But iirc, neither are comedy, though the X-Files episode "Terms of Endearment" is more light-hearted -- Bruce Campbell plays the demon, after all, and he is trying to father a non-demonic offspring with a human. Millenium's "Somehow Satan Got Behind Me" has some demons meeting in a coffee shop to discuss how people have become less interesting and more lackluster to tempt recently. The last demon to tell his story seems to fall in love with a woman he meets, and vice-versa, but it ends poorly... Although the ending's more incredibly melancholy, rather than straight-up horrifying.
