30 hits to 1 kudo at minimum, 25 hits to 1 kudo preferred. It works for the Avengers fandom but I don't know if it works for other fandoms.

I look for similar ratios on fic -- but multi-chapter fics tend to have far worse ratios, and I can't decide how to adjust for that. Like for a ten chapter fic, do you assume each kudo counts x10? Or x5? Or just figure no matter what you do, the ratio will be wildly inaccurate.

No, I take my baseline ratio and add a couple of hits for word count, chapter count, and how long since the first chapter was published. The total hits matter too - I'll read something with 60 hits to 1 kudo if it has 10,000 hits or more but I probably won't read something with 45 hits to 1 kudo if it has less than 5000 hits.
