I didn't think it was a stroke, but I definitely thought I was having a heart attack when I had my first panic attack. And even then, it's hard to articulate the fear.

That`s what I imagined when I thought about panic attacks.

But mine wasn`t like this at all.
I felt slow, my head spin, other people told me how pale/shaken I was.
And some strange emotions. For me almost all emotions strange, I don`t feel..a lot. My other diagnosis - depression and I didn`t notice this one too.

So it was mostly "I feel strange" on repeat.
