/Sort of on-topic, but off-topic...I really am sort of put off by the fact that she's pregnant. I mean...Jake doesn't even live with her. He's also always off with Finn adventuring and whatnot. Is he going to be an absentee father? Is he going to move in with Lady and do less things with Finn? Will she move in with them...Ugh. I think that was a bad story choice on the writers parts :/

Not necessarily. Nat has made it clear that it's more then R63, there are significant differences between the two universes other then Gender (For example, there is no "Simonella Petrokov". Ice Queen is something else)

I'm not sure if you mean to, but you're coming off as supremely close minded and judgey. First of all you're impressing our world and human standards on a magical relationship. Second of all, wow. You have a very negative outlook on things. Why would he automatically do less things with Finn if he moves in with Lady? Why would her moving in with them be bad? Finn and Lady get along, so it's not like that's an issue. What if Lady wants her own pad and is cool with Jake and Finn staying status quo? Parents that have different homes do not equal absentee parents. Jake could totes be involved in the kids lives a ton even though he doesn't live with Lady.

There are so many options that lead to coolsville and you're just shutting them out and thinking of negative. Open your mind to the magical happy outcomes that cover the land of Ooo. It's not all bad.

If he's running off here and there then he won't be around for his kids that much. He'd have to do less things with Finn if he's going to help raise them. There's nothing closed minded about this-it's true.

It's just going to be an awful mess.

What if Finn helps Jake watch the kids when it's his turn? That way they still get to spend just as much time together, plus I bet Finn would love it. Heck, they could take the kids along on adventures! For all we know, rainicorn-dogs are born fully capable. What if all their friends help raise the kids? I can see PB being a cool-aunt figure. Marceline would be a kickass babysitter. Even BMO could help! It'd be adorable!

Man, I remember being disappointed in that episode where Finn and LR become friends that she had an old man voice the entire time.

A whole episode of her talking, that would be wonderful. :(
