Except OP objects to them being AGED UP. As in, NOT TEENS. Purely on the basis that they were once teens (or are teens in canon), which is stupid. We were all thirteen once (barring anyone here who's under thirteen...), that doesn't make any sex we have now wrong just because at some point we were kids...

Also, if you're going to argue about teens who look like children, then accept the fact that some teens look like adults. I had men picking me up at my work from the age of thirteen and up purely because I was 5'8, had breasts, and was mature, making them think I was much older than I really was. They weren't horrible people for assuming I was of age (and being attracted) when they were being presented with visual information that allowed them to think such a thing.

I'd reached my full adult height and bust size by the time I was twelve. My sister had DDs at fourteen and people routinely mistook her for a college student. It's not at all uncommon for teenagers to have gone through puberty by the age of fifteen or so.

Same here. I still wear the same bra size I'd reached by 13 (C cup), I'd had my period for a year by then, and I was definitely getting interested in sex. Started masturbating to orgasm almost every day. Men would flirt with me, thinking I was older, and at the time, I really liked that.

Still childish in a lot of ways? Oh hell yes. But certainly not a non-sexual prepubescent, either. And yeah, I think most of that was healthy and normal. Kids' development is incredibly diverse at that age. It's a really wide spectrum.
