17. I hate that sequence too. My ex used to drive me up a wall by following me around and singing it. However I don't like the rest of the film either. -- anon because no one on earth doesn't love that movie.

My mom doesn't like this movie. My sister and I really liked it for a while, and she never said a word, but I found out later she didn't like it. I'm not sure why. I can come up with some possible reasons.

I'm probably as old as your mom, and my kid thinks I'm really weird for not liking it. I don't talk about it all the time or anything. It's weird because normally I love David Bowie and also have a high tolerance for singing muppets but that film... no.

Huh, I love the movie, I'd say it's my favorite movie ever. The atmosphere, the sets, the music (Not just the Bowie stuff!)) the puppeteering. There is so much Do Want in that movie for me.

I want them to make another movie, but with actual puppets-not that horrid CGI they used for MirrorMask :c (I hate MirrorMask with a passion)

I have! And the storytellers. I love puppets/Jim Henson's work to pieces. It's why MirrorMask disappoined me so. It's also why I love the Child's Play movies, no matter how cheesy they get, since they still use puppets!

I don't like it. That may be because I was stuck watching it about 2x a week for a period of about 18 months, but still.
