Is there anything that you know was in production, but was ultimately canceled, and it just ruined your day?

I'm still hung up over TJM never getting finished :( More so now that I watched an interview with the creator that said two of the main characters were meant for each other/Were going to finally get together in the movie. Ughh.

It still makes me depressed that Runaways is stuck in development hell while Marvel focuses on The Avengers.

I worry about that movie anyways. Cause I BET Gert wouldn't be very chubby. Or she'd be "hollywood chubby." And that would piss me off to no end.

Same goes for any kind of actress they get to play Wonder Woman.

It wasn't in production, but at one point they were apparently going to make a Courtney Crumrin movie. (A great independent comic that I love.) But I haven't heard about it in years so I guess they just... didn't.

(I had mixed feelings about whether it could be captured well on film, but overall I wanted them to try.)

I seem to recall that Guillermo del Toro was going to direct an adaptation of At the Mountains of Madness. I would have loved to see that.

A movie on the Bartimaeus Trilogy, a fantasy series I really, really enjoy. I don't think it's canceled, but people were like "There's totally going to be a movie! We have a script and a director and everything!" And it never happened.

Unless things have changed? *hopeful*

The third Stargate SG-1 movie and first (only?) SGA movie weren't exactly in *production* yet, but they were GOING to be made before MGM started going bankrupt and other things happened.

And, though this depends greatly on the quality of the now one-off special yet to air, I was kind of working myself up for Mockingbird Lane (Munsters update).
