They exist, though they're not that prevalent - I think there's just not a whole lot of crossover between the two fandoms, though they are incredibly similar fanworks-wise. I remember someone making a John vs. Vriska battle in Danmakufu a while back.

I'm not really a Touhou fan, but I do know that both Radiation is a Touhou fan and that this fanart exists.

For all the mentionings I see about Touhou, I actually don't know anything about it and don't even know what it looks like?

Like, I think it's one of those fighting games with sexualized underage anime girls and monsters and stuff? And apparently lesbians get really mad if you ship het in it or something, that's the last thing I read about it.

Now that I think of it, the only art I've seen of it was porny fanart so that explains that. It looks pretty cute.

Basically it's a series of doujin vertical-scrolling shoot-em-up games, with a humongous, largely female cast. (There are also fighting games, but they're made by a third-party studio.)

The het dust-up was mostly fueled by people who didn't actually know anything about the games and just kind of took other peoples' word for it that the characters were canonically lesbians and the fandom was some sort of feminist paradise, which were hilariously wrong assumptions to make.
