I loved the original Girls Next Door, and I'm not ashamed to say it. The girls were funny, and they seemed to be genuine (Bridget especially). The new girls seemed kind of fame-whorey, which I know sounds ridiculous considering the show we're talking about, but there it is. I never really watched them.

This. The original GND, I felt was fun. The girls, bless their hearts, certainly weren't the brightest at times (Kendra, I think, spent a good 10 min of an episode trying to figure out how to get rid of a spider), but I thought they were charming...I think I even liked Hugh enough that I wasn't completely disgusted by the age difference.

Now...Hugh just seems worn out and the new girls are absolutely bitchy :(
