I feel like I'm missing something when people comment on an actor's lack of acting ability and I have no idea what they are talking about. (like January Jones, I think she's brilliant in Mad Men and I've heard nothing but negative things said about her)

That being said, Chris Hemsworth isn't the best actor in the world but he made me cry during Star Trek and made me fall in love with Thor when I expected to fan girl over Loki. So I guess haters are gonna hate?

I've only seen January Jones in X-Men First Class and I found her very flat in that.

Same commenter as above but yeah she was flat in X-men First Class but I partially blame that on the writing. However I think she is much better in Mad Men even though I hate her character.

I didn't really like her in XMFC, but I agree that I often don't know what people are on about when they say an actor is bad, like right now with this secret.

I haven't really liked January Jones in anything but Mad Men. She really gets Betty, and that's why I like her acting in the show so much. At times I hate Betty, and the other times I feel really bad for her.

As for Chris Hemsworth, I think he's a pretty good actor, but I guess it's different strokes for different folks.
