Wow, yet another person who's having their online life ruined by Elementary.

How many secrets have we had about how Elementary has made people afraid to talk to their friends, be honest, take back things said in past months, ruined friendships? I'm starting to think I dodged a bullet by not getting involved or watching any episodes.

I think the first and second halves of your comment needed to be separated. Apart, the first half is a relevant sarcastic remark, and the second half is plausibly taking a common phrase too literally and getting worked up about it. Together, they just seem odd. You can't snark about people being fragile and then complain that something as prosaic as 'dodged a bullet' is too forceful. Well, you can, obviously, but it makes me less likely to take anything you say seriously.

Sadly, considering how far some people are willing to go when you piss them off in fandom, it may not be being fragile - unless not wanting to have your personal information posted online with 'HEY, THIS PERSON DID...' on a site that's known to have batshit SJWs all over it is fragile.

Also, snarking about something that's a common idiom after bitching about people being fragile? Really? By your own logic, if your sensibilities are so fragile that a phrase that common gets to you that much, maybe you shouldn't be online.

This person literally did this to themselves. The fact that they're in the Elementary fandom doesn't mean that there is something inherently wrong with Elementary.

They faked hate with another person who turned out to actually be really racist and now they don't want to have to talk to this person.

I have my guess at who the people involved in this might be and if i'm right, it wouldn't surprise me. I thought it was weird that they would get all this hate when I would post in the elementary tag at the same time and never got anything. Not even from the roving band of Sherlock fans that they said was constantly going through the tag. Since I don't think it's because I'm so awesome I figured they were probably the ones who started shit in the first place.

The whole thing was overrated anyway. Some people posted stuff in the tag that was criticism but nothing bad or worse than what other new shows get. I got more sick of the Elementary fans who still can't write anything about the show without comparing it to Sherlock or going off on a tangent about Sherlock. I really want to ask some of them if they actually like Elementary at all but it's not worth it for the wank.

Um, not that many? I remember a couple of secrets complaining about the Elementary/Sherlock feud, but not much else.

It's a good show. Missing out on it simply because of a few assholes on either side is kinda stupid.

I miss daily posts every now and then, but I seriously can't remember or even imagine that there have been many Elementary posts. The show's only been around for like a month! There were a few "I'm looking forward to it," and "I know I'll hate it," secrets over the summer, but even when I count those it's still only a very few secrets that have anything to do with Elementary at all.
