I don't believe it's meant to say "Real women are only those who have curves." The phrase doesn't necessarily exclude you, but it's not directed at you and therefore it does not go on to validate you. It's not meant for you in any way. It's directed toward the population of overweight women who are told that they are neither beautiful nor feminine because they don't have an hourglass shape.

Feel free to make up a catchy phrase for real women who don't have curves.

HAHAHAHAHHAHA. I'm an overweight woman with an hourglass shape and I've never been considered beautiful or feminine.

The phrase "real women have curves" means absolutely nothing. Because curves mean fat and fat means gross and gross means subhuman. Thus, fat people are subhuman. This is what overweight people hear and see and deal with everyday. Never any "You are beautiful just as you are" bullshit that internet sjws perpetuate.
