Notes:
To the anon that wanted warnings on .gif secrets: I'm not sure how I could effectively implement that. For triggery or spoilery secrets, one could just not read the text, but for .gifs by the time you get to the warning, it's already moving in your field of vision. If you have a suggestion as to how it could be done without just linking the secret (it's not breaking any rules or containing porn or gore, so that wouldn't be fair), let me know. Putting it in the notes for now.

Phase Two was the WCA's plan to build weapons with the tesseract. Which, yeah. Is a horrible idea because it's tech they can't control, blah blah blah. I have a real problem when Tony says he'll know everything about SHIELD. Everything. So... personal information, agent locations, undercover operations... some things are classified for a reason and liking and STEVE would know that. That is why I brought it up. Acts like that would put STEVE on edge and immediately color his perspective on Tony. So lashing out at him (under the influence of the scepter) wasn't that questionable to me.
