Now I'm trying to remember The Rescuers. I saw it when I was a kid (from the back of a dinosaur, blah blah blah) and I scared really easily but I don't remember being scared of it. Then again, I was around ten already so not a little kid.

I think they mentioned The Rescuers because the MC is an orphan girl who gets abducted and abused, not because it's scary.
