As the OP I am going to go with Deanerella. It just rolls off the tongue. And you can sing it better.

I bow to the OP, sing-ability is important.

I like to think "Cinderdean" is his slave-to-his-evil-family nickname while Deanerella is his pretty pretty princess name.

And Sam is not one of the evil family (no, I am not favouring Sam over Cas, in fact I rather prefer that Deanerella locks the pair in a cupboard, with some sex pollen, until they resolve their differences and fuck it out, so Deanie can have two handsome princes instead of one).
