I don't technically ship it except for sometimes thinking that Kain was really, really, really obsessed with CECIL and not Rosa, and that his jealousy was more for Cecil/the two of them as a couple than for Rosa specifically. They are certainly aesthetically pleasing though

The tension between Kain and both Cecil and Rosa was delicious. I agree with you about the way Kain's jealousy played out. I also firmly believe that if Kain hadn't run off to ~redeem himself, they would have all totally ended up in a polygamous relationship.
