They're also a great tool for generating ideas if you have writer's block. I keep a deck in one of my desk drawers.

Maybe you could find an interactive online tarot deck? I remember seeing one years ago.

Maybe, but it's not really the same as having a physical one. For one thing, if I have the internet open I tend to get distracted. I have to either use a fullscreen word processor and do nothing but type, or turn off the computer and go write in a notebook. And also, I impulsively threw away my deck. It was stupid and I regret it in general. :\

I did that once, it was my very first deck. I still am unahppy that I did it. *Offers Huggles* I'm sorry that you don't have your deck any longer. But you might find another one that you like in the future, I did.

aww. *accepts huggles* Yeah, this was my first one too, it was the standard Rider-Waite deck. I also have the Goddess Oracle Cards and I do readings with those sometimes but I'm a super-amateur at this kind of thing lol
