I went and checked, and apparently, four decks include it, but one of them is out of print -although apparently you can get the card online.

The International Icon Tarot Deck, el Tarot de Marcelino, The Tarot of the Midnight Masquarade, and the Touchstone tarot are still on print, the one out of print is the Victoria Regina.
