I lived in India for a time as a teenager, and I once had a man I'd NEVER seen before come up to me at the grocery store and ask, without any prompting, a string of questions like "Have you had sex with your boyfriend?" "Are you on drugs?" "Do you drink?"

Seriously, I almost punched the guy. The only thing I can figure is he wanted to know if I acted like a teen from an American drama would...

Meh, it's fine, it was probably something of a culture clash going on. My brother luckily dragged me away from the guy before I did anything stupid. ^^; And most people there were pretty polite and welcoming!

Oh, I know it was probably just one fuckhead and he's not representative of anyone but himself. It's just a shitty thing to do to someone and I know how one bad thing can just ruin my whole day.

But at least it didn't last long and everyone else was great. I'm happy you had a great time there overall.
