There's a lot of jittery gifs that are also just between a couple of colours (or just B&W for the early ones)

but there's enough in the entire story that would put someone off

(there is a tumblr that takes screencaps of the gifs for people who can't handle the really jittery movements)

Yeah, that's what I meant. I meant to say "bright colors, flashing images, and sometimes bright flashing colorful images."

I just ... if I want to watch a flash animation I will, if I want to read a comic I will, I don't like flashing images, they make my eyes hurt.

Sometimes it is a flash animation though.

I wonder if you'd read the hardcover book version if that wouldn't have worked better for you, but I'm sure it's ruined permanently now.
