Last song I cried listening to was "Fear and Loathing" by Marina and the Diamonds, so I guess that makes it pretty sad. Other depressing songs I love are "Bad Religion" by Frank Ocean, "That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore" by The Smiths (or really just The Smiths in general, but some of them are sarcastic and full of dark humor, not really sad), and "A Song for Xx" by Ayumi Hamasaki (though it's in Japanese so if you don't speak the language I'd recommend looking at them translated because they are seriously sad).
