No, he doesn't! He asked, but I told him he could write down his for me instead (that way, I wouldn't have to call it and he couldn't call me) and he didn't give it to me.

He does pretty much know where I live, though. He tried asking if I wanted a ride to my house, and I told him I lived so close to where we were at the time (about halfway between the cafe and my house and his apartment building) that I didn't need a ride. I mean, I could practically see my house from where we were. I didn't tell him my address, but he knows what street and block it's on, and there are only four houses on this side of the block.

Well, I think you're gonna have to tell him you don't want to hang out with him. However, if I were you I would write what you want to say to him down first. Maybe have a friend check it over so that you know it's kind but firm. When you call him make sure it is not from your phone. I wouldn't use a friend's phone either. Also, when you make the call have a friend with you so they can be there for you if you need them. They can jump in if he gets too pushy or you're having trouble saying no.
