Nope, it's a younger manga by a man who had the brains to take inspiration from One Piece instead of Naruto or Bleach or any of the other junk series overpopulating the shounen manga these days, but with its own unique premise and characters that are so easily differentiated from One Piece it'd be extremely perplexing if anyone who'd read so much as one chapter from either managed to mix them up.
