I can't really see while I don't have my glasses on, the problem is that I only use my right eye, I can concentrate really hard and use both my eyes for a couple of seconds, and I've tried to time that with 3d effects, which kinda worked once, so I've seen like half a 3d effect, got a killer headache as thanks though.

But thank you for the advise!

I don't see shit without my glasses and/or contact lenses on either, but I don't really know the problem you're describing (I've got myopia and astigmatism to deal with, a great combo!) so... :( Headaches due to poor vision are a real pain in the ass, so you've got all of my sympathy.

I'm nearsighted on my left eye, longsighted (or whatever it's called in English) on my right eye, I got pretty severe astigmatism on both eyes, and the for mentioned basically no depth perception (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depth_perception), easily explained, you ned to use both eyes synchronized to see through 3d glasses and see the 3D effect, my "default" seeing mode is only using one eye.

I meant to add headaches because of eyes suck, and I don't wish them on anyone!

ayrt oh I get it now. It does indeed sound like it sucks major balls :(

And eyesight-induced migrains are the fucking WORST. Once I had to cover my head entirely because the tiniest glimpse of an insinuation of light cracked my skull open with pain. So I'm right there with you, I wish I could magic my headaches away!

Well I can see okay without my glasses (the headaches that comes after like two minutes though are awful) oh and there've of my glasses, paying around 500£ for a new pair on student loans is quote impossible...

Oh they are! Have you tried using those fancy sleeping mask they tend to hand out on planes? I use those and ear plugs plus migraine medication when the pain is on its worst...

Long-sighted works, though my part of the world usually refers to it as far-sighted.
