You're right about it being wrong that Shawn is still lying to her, especially since the point has been made in a few episodes that Jules does not like liars.

I also find it weird that Juliet even believes he is a psychic still, I know it's the premise of the show but lately I've felt like she's the only major character in the department who believes. Lassiter has stated he doesn't believe Shawn is psychic, the Chief seems to be more concerned with Shawn's talent as a detective and I don't really think she believes it, you know Shawn's Dad knows he's not psychic, so why does Juliet believe so much? I feel like it kind of undermines her intelligence a bit.

I haven't watched some of the later seasons, as I kind of knew where it was going, but I wonder if Juliet really does believe Shawn is psychic. She might be doing it for fun... that or she really wants to believe even if her gut/heart/brain is telling her, uh, girl, no he's not.

I wonder what her reaction really will be, then... I agree with most people upthread, I like them both as characters but their relationship... I dunno. Shawn's too Ambiguously Bisexual, I wanted him to have a boyfriend or something. XD Not Lassiter though... some old fandom wank I almost got involved in basically shut that whole thing down for me. :<

Personally, I don't believe anyone from Vick down still believes Shawn is really psychic. IMO, they're just giving him plausible deniability because Santa Barbara's mysteriously high crime rate would be even more screwed without him. I'll bet anything the reveal is gonna be the plot of the series finale or something.

I mean, it's all in the theme song, right? "I know you know that I'm not telling the truth / I know you know you just don't have any proof..."
