A few people fall in love with Chloe and suddenly she's a Mary Sue? Wait, what?

Come on. This happened to ALL the leading ladies of Smallville, and Clark had a few people fall in love with him too. I can't even chalk that bullshit up to the characters because clearly bad writing for these characters are to blame.

DIDN'T YOU KNOW?

Any female character who's not boring, average in every way, and romantically unpopular with her preferred gender is a Mary Sue.

No, she's a Mary Sue in later seasons because she has/is the answer for everything, has major canon characters fall hopelessly in love with her, and could do no wrong even when she clearly DID do wrong.
