I don't think the OP says she goes around constantly bringing it up or something. Just thinking to yourself that you really wish your friend didn't struggle with their looks isn't the same as constantly pointing it out. I like to think that the OP isn't doing the latter. There's no reason you can't accept your friend the way they are and focus on their positive aspects while still wishing they didn't struggle so much with the ones they deem negative.
